1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions  form a legal contract between the applicant and Lio Ai & iT HUB.
1.2 By submitting an application through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately once posted on the website.


2. Application Process

2.1 Applicants must provide complete, accurate, and updated details in the application form.
2.2 Submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information will lead to rejection.
2.3 An application fee of 2 USD must be paid to the Company’s official account.
2.4 Applicants must ensure the Account Title matches the Company’s name before making payment.
2.5 The Company is not liable for payments made to incorrect or unauthorized accounts.


3. Application Fee Policy

3.1 The 2 USD fee covers administrative, screening, and processing costs.
3.2 This fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of selection or rejection.
3.3 Applicants must keep proof of payment (receipt/transaction slip/screenshot).
3.4 The Company does not charge any additional hidden fees.


4. Selection & Rejection

4.1 Payment of the application fee does not guarantee selection or employment.
4.2 The Company’s decision is final and binding.
4.3 If not selected, the applicant:

  • Cannot demand a refund.

  • Cannot file allegations or legal claims.

  • Cannot publicly defame the Company.
    4.4 Selected candidates will be officially notified through an official Company email or letter.


5. Employment Rules

5.1 Applicants become employees only after signing an Employment Contract.
5.2 Rejected applicants cannot represent or claim affiliation with the Company.
5.3 Misuse of the Company’s name, logo, or documents will result in legal action.
5.4 Employees must comply with confidentiality, conduct, and data protection rules.


6. Restrictions on Applicants

6.1 Applicants must not:

  • Misuse the Company’s name or materials.

  • Attempt to influence the selection process.

  • Pressure Company staff for hiring decisions.
    6.2 Any violation will result in immediate rejection and possible disqualification from future opportunities.


7. Confidentiality

7.1 All communication and information between the Company and applicants are confidential.
7.2 Applicants may not disclose Company processes or documents.
7.3 Breach of confidentiality will result in legal action.


8. No Guarantee of Employment

8.1 Application submission does not create any employment contract.
8.2 Employment is valid only after signing an official written agreement.
8.3 Until then, the applicant is not authorized to act on behalf of the Company.


9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Both parties agree to resolve disputes through direct negotiation first.
9.2 If unresolved, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at the Company’s registered location.
9.3 Applicants agree not to pursue unauthorized legal proceedings.


10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Company is not liable for rejections, non-selection, financial losses, or indirect damages.
10.2 Applicants are responsible for providing accurate details and making payments correctly.


11. Termination

11.1 The Company may reject any application without prior notice.
11.2 Violations of these terms may lead to permanent disqualification.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the application form and ticking the acceptance box, the applicant confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • Accept that the 2 USD application fee is non-refundable.

  • Agree that the Company’s decision is final.

  • Understand that they cannot claim refunds, make allegations, or act on behalf of the Company without written approval.
